There has been either repeated traffic on ID: 47475, though it is not listed in the database. Is this a new mutual aid channel for PD, or another unlisted Tac channel?

The Talkgroup ID was used when trying to track a RA suspect.

That would be 47472 (WCDISP) with a patch to another talkgroup if I remember the status bits correctly.

WSD and YPD could talk to each other directly. AA K9 was instructed to turn to TAC-1 in which he was able to monitor everything, though in the database the TAC-1 channel was never used, only 47475.

Type II 3600bps Motorola systems use status bits. Talkgroups are always evenly divisible by 16. When there is something like a patch or encryption involved, a value is added to the base talkgroup. In this case the base talkgroup is 47472 (WCDISP), with 3 added to that, which indicates that the talkgroup was patched to another group (maybe TAC-1).

More information on status bits can be found in the WIKI at Motorola Type II - The RadioReference Wiki
