There is a communications exercise going on today on the knew WCN trunked system as well as a bunch of conventional VHF/UHF channels. This may be related to the CASCADIA RISING exercises this week in Oregon and Washington.

Yes, actually multiple repeaters. You could hear two repeaters keyed up at the same time. I'm not sure of the locations of these repeaters yet.
