From my understanding that WECA's 447.4750 machine is in dual mode running both analog and trbo. The source I heard it from is pretty reliable. I guess the change was recent, however their website doesn't reflect it. Does anyone happen to know how they have the digital side set up? Like Color Codes, Time Slots and what group call they are using?

No problem. Sorry to say but you will hear more repeaters going TRBO because of the lack of FCC enforcement in the NYC Metro area. K2MAK repeater is now TRBO and both the KQ2H and WB2HWW repeaters will be going TRBO in the near future. You can thank jammers like Danny D from Queens, Home Boy Radio from Money Making Manhasset, Bruce from Queens as well as the idiot up in The Bronx and the two others morons in Brooklyn.

Such a shame, well I have a XPR4550 and a VXD720 so if they every make the info public I'll be good to go.

All WECA repeaters are open repeaters, this includes D-star and DMR. Membership is never required to use any WECA repeater Please see below which is on the WECA web site at weca.org

RF is 447.475
Offset is -5 MHz
Analog PL is 114.8
DMR color code is 1
Time slot is 1
The Talk group is 2 (which is nationally known as local) this field is called "contact name" in the
Motorola CPS.
Please be advised that this is a local repeater and not part of a DMR network. It CURRENTLY
is not connected to the MotoTrbo/DMR network. The reason for this is that WECA needs to
keep the repeater available for emergencies. The DMR network requires that machines are
always connected or NAILED to the DMR net.
The machine is dual mode so any signal coming in will be repeated in that mode. FM in = FM
out. DMR in = DMR out. We are discussing the best way to implement an automatic return to
FM or a forced disconnect from the DMR network if needed.
For regional DMR information, please visit the www.n2jti.net site.
For any other questions, please contact Dwight Smith / N2FMC who can be reached at
Repeater@Weca.org.

Information cannot be concealed regarding any radio system that is actually being used. Once the signals are out there, they can be received and analyzed. Figuring out the parameters of a DMR repeater takes virtually no effort if you have an SDR and software like DSDPlus.
