I'm listening to my pro-96 monitering Hoosier Safe-T (indiana state wide motorola system). I'm interested an arrest that the vermillion county sheriff's dept is making so I'm listening in closely. I look at my scanners display it is a deputy talking on there talkgroup, but on my scanners display it only shows the top two lines (the bars thats show the freq number, and the alpha tag for the radio site discrption show up)(the alpha tag for my trunk id doesn't show up it is blank). I scan in closed bank mode on that bank. I found this to be odd, a one time thing but it has happend a couple of times since then... What is going on.
