Having trouble listening to WHPD. Frequencies are right and it's rebanded but still not having much luck. I seem to remember programming my friends scanner a while back, and having to change some setting specific to that system but I don't recall what I did.

I am in West Hartford. You need to put in the rebanding info. the following is what I am using for both the
PSR 500 and the PRO 96.
The Table is the same but the access is different.
In the Pro 96 check the MOT 3600 CC Multi Table than the extended table below it.

what about 396
Check with Uniden's page for a a flash program to upgrade the software.
396's already have the upgrade, just change the frequencies to the rebanded and you should be good to go
