Tuned in last night and this morning. Display shows dispatch but no audio . Appears to have gone encrypted.

I don’t think they win encrypted because I can still hear units in TAC2, But there is something definitely wrong with their auto dispatch on TAC6. It seems the system will air 60 seconds of dead air and when the radio times out it start all over.

The automated voice dispatch system is malfunctioning and has been stuck open on the talkgroup since 12:19 on Saturday. You will need to avoid/lockout the talkgroup to hear the other talkgroups.
It happens sometimes with the automated systems, it is just a question of how long it will take someone to notice and fix it. I am not sure anyone in West Metro or Jeffcom actually listens to the talkgroup because problems with the system can sometimes last for days and even weeks before they are fixed.
Encryption is never completely silent, it will have the encrypted garble if it is encrypted. This also applies to complete silence being transmitted with encryption.

They finally reset the AVD today at 15:25 and it is back to normal as of 15:37.
