Interesting, that should be an invalid freq. Following 7.5 KHz steps, the closest would be 154.2125 or 154.2200. It wouldn't be the first time a typo has gotten licensed; perhaps it was meant to be 154.2200 or 156.2100 or similar.

That’s interesting, good catch. I’ll program those frequencies as well.

That is supposed to be 154.3100, not 2100, the county fire frequency.
It's just a typo on the license.
KCD558 is their license for use on the county fire radio system.
Looking at the history, it's been incorrectly listed on the license since 1996.
