I was hoping for some help.

I didnt think they existed...but I saw a Westbrook Police Car and officer.......thought it was the Troops that covered town.

Anyways.....any ideas on what frequency they operate on?

Looked like 800mhz antenna on car

They operate on Troop F's 800mhz digital trunked frequencies. Listen for cars FC 10 - FC 29.

In Westbrook, there are several constables that perform patrol duties under the supervision and dispatch service of CSP Troop F on channel 17. They have a VHF channel also, but it is used generally just for chit chat.
