I know a Ham Radio Group but the talk all time about that... I lear a little about Antenna but it get boring over the time.
Its not be legal to hear a frequency like this...
The Government have an PDF who show witch Frequency Group is using for like Ship, Train, Air, Cell Phone,... I know it will be use as a "MOBILE except aeronautical mobile"
