What is TMA (Traffic Management Agency)??

Both are correct. TMA's are part of the City's Dept of Transportation. They are not sworn and do not have ticketing duties.

What they're really saying is...that Crown Vic marked "Traffic Management Authority" on the highway can't give you a ticket for speeding...so speed awaay

Actually, I was mistaken. TMA's are part of the Office of Emergeny Management and Communications.
