We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

What music are you listening to?

I just ran across this after almost forgetting about it after 30+yrs. Here is an oldie from 1984 where I was in the recording studio for most of the recording and mixing. This was a song written by a guy who owned a surfboard shop and his hope was to make it the official music for the Lakers. That didn't work out but the record came out really well production and sound quality wise. It cost Zuma Jay about $5k at the time to produce the record and I'm not sure that included final mixing at Ocean Way Recording and mastering at Bernie Grundman Mastering, probably two of the biggest names in that industry. Anyway, its a fun throwback to the 80s and a must have for any Lakers fan.
