For those visiting the Seattle area or in the case of the member that mentioned moving here in March .. You'll need a trunk tracker scanner like the Pro97
Go here
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&ctid=2974
The Seattle, king county system includes . Valleycomm and Eastside .
To track this system you need the following control channel frequencies only:
868.175,868.675,868.65,868.225,851.4125,
Also, I suggest you include the ITAC and ICALL frequencies when programming your radios for your visit or relocation to the area.
Until recently,I've had my Pro95 and pro97 programmed basically the same. I've recently started reprogramming my Pro95 with talkgroups I don't have in the 97 due to having primary talkgroups in it.
Side notes: While there isn't alot in the way of digital communcations in the area. Snohomish county list's sometalkgroups that are digital. And the Seattle police have talkgroups that are digital as well. I have found an ATF frequency that is digtal as well as FPS Both are listed on this site . The puget sound naval shipyard is also digital. the submarine base uses vhf analog frequencies.
