Which 700mhz handheld do you think is the best buy for the money

When I bought my Pro95 I looked long and hard for a scanner that I thought was a good buy for the money. That was before I started coming to sites like this one. I live in Independence MO and I'm going to buy a new handheld scanner soon. Which 700mhz handheld do you think is the best buy for the money?

The only two scanners that will currently trunktrack the 700 MHz P25 systems are the BCD396T (handheld) and BCD996T (mobile). PRO-96 will tune to the frequencies (after opening the extended frequencies using WIN96) and decode the P25 traffic, but will not trunktrack.

Can you open up extended freqs. on the PRO-2096 using Win96?
