You need 2 things - a USB cable, the link for which is here (see the Whistler section of...)

(links are always blue, BTW)...and software. There are 3 packages (nothing free, I'm afraid, although they all have trial periods) that are commonly used - Win500, PSREdit500 and ARC500. Links for each are here...
