One thing I have always liked about Whistler Repair service is they do a great job and usually have fast turn around time. My WS1098 stopped working and about 10 days ago mailed it in. Today I got a notice repairs were completed and it was on the way back.
I really appreciate all the good service @Whistler_Support has given me over the many years with upgrades and repairs for all my scanners (two WS1080 Legacy Upgrades, my TRX-1 and my WS1098). I don't care what anyone says, these guys really do care about the customer and support their product line.
