Well, not really a sale. It is returned units that users claimed did not work properly and Whistler could not or selected to not repair them at that time. Whistler now have had them repaired or did not find a problem during their tests and polished them and sells them again with the additional text "No returns or exchanges."

I bought one. I have no issue with the terms. For $370.00 I'll take a chance that it will work just fine.

I bought a scratch and dent Whistler which is cheaper than the refurbs and it was like new. No problems at all. Some one must be upset that they paid full price, lol
