Does anyone have a way to print the information that is put on the SD card?
I would like to have a list of all the data, I seem to forget what I put where.
I have not read the manual through and through so don't yell at me to RTM please.
Give me time and I will learn these new radio's OK.
Is the info in a file on my computer in a ascii format somewhere?
My radio is still waiting to be shipped and I am trying to learn as much as I
can before it gets here.

Mil

PS I had a list of the banks and their contents for my bcd992, need something like that

@millam this is in the wrong forum, click report and ask for it to be moved to the Whistler forum.
Moderator's note: Done

That said, the simple answer is NO

Unfortunately EZ Scan software lacks the ability to export info to CSV into Excel which would allow you to do what you're after. I'm not aware of any programming alternatives to EZ Scan

Just as clarification, you can export freqs, sites, TGs or RIDs from EZ Scan ONLY if you entered the information, you can not export database info imported. You can not export scanlists.

NIGAW, Johonny Mike I found out about the EXCLUSIVE import export agreement between RR and Whistler and the statement that
I can't export etc RR's data to NOTHING. May have to find a different radio that is not tied down to RR so much.
Just for clarification, is RR's database the only way to import data, I am trying to find that info in the manual but seem to lost.

That has LONG been discussed in the forums regarding the export policy of data import from the database. This only applies to the data imported from the database, NOT information imported on your own, since you are a premium subscriber @millam you can download the information from RR, create an import CSV file and import to the scanner that way, you can then export that.

Or you can sell your Whistlers and buy Uniden

Yea I downloaded a trunked system from RR but I can't find a way to import a trunked system only
conventional freqs. Can you point me in the right direction to import a trunked system? Like I mentioned
my radio is still far away in "TRANSIT" land. I have not used an actual radio in years, just SDR's, so I have to
remember that there is a difference. Unitrunker and DSDPlus are what I have been using for a long while now.

Yea I downloaded a trunked system from RR but I can't find a way to import a trunked system only

Trunked systems are imported in 3 parts, Sites, TGs, and (optionally) RIDs. First create the system (click new top right corner and tell it Alpha Tag name, Type (NXDN, P25, etc). After that click on the system you just created to open the system info at the bottom. Go to site list and use mouse to right click and select import, do the same for talkgroups and radio IDs (if needed).

If you aren't able to find the help file (.cfm file in EZ Scan folder of your computer or by clicking on help at the top), you can follow the same process listed above and export it, this will give you a CSV file template for each section,
