Whitehall moved to MARCS. I don't believe the Pro-107 is digital capable.

As 'Acegta" stated, your Pro-107 will not receive MARCS. You will need to get a digital scanner in order to listen in to Whitehall PD.
The Pro-107 is an 'analog' scanner is does not decode digital systems.
Also MARCS is NOT P-25, it is a Motorola Type II 800/900 system that uses digital voice modulation.

The talkgroup is as listed in the database for Ohio MARCS.

And as has been stated at least twice in this thread, Whitehall PD is on Ohio MARCS. Ohio MARCS is a digital system. You need a digital capable scanner to monitor them. You cannot monitor them with an analog-only scanner.

I realize that's probably not what you want to hear, but it's the truth, and we're not politicians who only tell people what they want to hear.

Well I made the mistake saying it was a Pro-107. I actually have that radio but the radio I was talking about was a Pro-197 which is a digital scanner so I apologize. Is there any way on the radio to make the coversation less warbble. I mean it sounds good but I guess I am to much of a perfectionist. Thank you all for your help. Even the sarcastic one.

The Pro-197 and others like it are really good right out of the box, but if you want to fine-tune it, what works in one area may not work as well in your area; your best bet is to experiment with the settings.
