I'm hearing some weak digital audio traffic on 173.4375 Mhz. here in Columbia.
Does anyone know who it is ?

173.4375 is used by the US Army Corps of Engineers in a lot of places. It could be that or other federal users.

Once you get the NAC that will help, so many choices as Tom mentions, could be ACoE or could be NC Air National Guard or could be FEMA or.....

If the NAC of $131, original reports were a strong signal up near Charlotte NC

I'm seeing NAC of 253. That hasn't helped me locate the source but the traffic I'm hearing relates to aircraft, probably military aircraft, and that leads me to believe that it is McEntire Air national guard base about 25 mi from my location.
