Why is my feed gone

I noticed my software was no longer connecting to the server and when I went to the county page my feed was gone. I have not received any form of communication from Admin about the status or problems with my feed.

Actually that is not correct.
I sent you several e-mails over the past two weeks re your feed that have not been answered.
