Will I feel the difference between QAM 128 ans 256?

Hi guys, recently I started to use hdmi modulator, It has h264 encoder and dvb-c modulator inside, for example Im streaming SD quality PAL signal over qam and switch from 256 to 128 will I feel any difference in quality?
