Is anyone having trouble receiving Wilmington Police??

Unless you're within the city limits of Wilmington, you're more than likely to have problems picking up the Wilmington TRS. It's not a particularly strong system. Once rebanding takes place, the Wilmington TRS will be consolidated into the statewide TRS, though I'm not exactly sure about the details as to how the city system will be incorporated into the state system (I'll leave that one to the Delaware experts).

If you are north of Naaman's rd / RT92 you can just about forget it.

On the other hand, I get the system in Chester PA due to being in the genearal direction of their antenns aimind towards the north.

Chester, Pa. is almost a strange spot for scanning, at least by the train station. Last time I was there, I could easily pick up Philadelphia TRS, Delaware TRS, Wilmington TRS, and NJSP, along with Gloucester and Camden conventional, but I had a heck of a time picking up DelCOM/Fire Board (though it comes in clearly in other parts of the city).

I work there so I know the reception well. It is almost an ideal location.

Back in the day you could also get Montco TRS. and Chesco comes in with a 6dB YAGI not to mention Bucks, Salem and Burlco.

I keep working on my IT guy to let me have a remote scanner there I can link up to here in Wilm. but.....
I have a 6dB 460 groundplane and a 6dB 800 YAGI on top or our elevator tower (7 stories) with RG6 running down 3 stories to one of my work spaces.
