Wilmington Pd

Is anyone experiencing noise while receiving Wilmington PD? I am using a 396 and I am getting a lot of loud noise (motor boating?) at the end of Wilmington transmissions. All the other systems I have in radio DSP.NCCPD etc. work fine. I am using the latest firmware Thanks..

City of Wilmington's intelli-repeater has a very limited range. It may be issue of decoding due to your distance from the transmitter site.

I moved closer to the city and the problem stopped.
