We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

Win500 to log search?

Is there a way to have Win 500 log 'hits' on a search object? My idea is to just have search objects for the Federal bands in a 'spare' Pro 197 hooked up to a computer and just let it go for a couple of weeks, then see what I have. Very little Federal stuff here and IF I get some new frequencies, I would add them to the 'Main' scanner. I know the software will log 'hits' on other objects but was wondering if it will log the frequency for a search object. I would then go through the log file and look for multiple hits on the same frequency.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
