Win96 XML error

The last few days I get this error when trying to import NC viper system to Win96!!
XML error detected: not well-formed (invalid token)

near:

<site num="034" desc="Beaufort County – Chocowinity" callsign="WQCQ972" county="Beaufort" location="Beaufort County – Chocowinity" neigh="" ct="" modulation="">
^

while requesting URL:
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml/?sid=4087

In win 96 change your URL to read http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml1.1
