and there don't appear to be any downloads available. Is there an alternative?

This is a copy I have backed up from a long time ago... It was the last version released. I havent used it in a long time, but it worked great when I did (I moved to an area that is on a trunked system) Best advice I can give, is to play around with your audio levels if you dont get great decodes. It can be a little finicky until you get the levels from your scanner/sound card tweaked. (Note: The link is only good for 3 days, if there is real interest from other folks I can find another way of sharing it more permanently)
