Like in Minneapolis, while in Winnipeg on this same trip, ran a search from about 7 miles south of city center.
Had three unidentified catches here.

460.4125 I had as University of Winnipeg but it was analog at the time. They're the only licencee on the frequency, the licence is for digital and they've got 2 other frequencies so it makes sense it's them
461.6875 is licenced to the Winnipeg Football Club
464.0875 is licenced to a bunch of different companies

How do you search for Canadian licenses? I've never done it, as I don't travel to Canada as often.

The official one is clumsy: Search for SMS data if you have time to kill.

For quick look ups, we generally use: Search Canada's TAFL and Canadian Radio Spectrum Licence Search
