• Effective immediately we will be deleting, without notice, any negative threads or posts that deal with the use of encryption and streaming of scanner audio.

We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

Look out...they are going to send the NTIA police after you now! Didn't you know that CAP does top secret stuff they don't want the rest of the world to listen to...? Oh noes!!!1!11!!11!!!!

Seriously though, never saw the map before but without freqs that isn't as much use as it could be. Ever since CAP went "underground" a few years ago, there has been much conjecture but not much fact.

Actually the map is perfect.

It Identifies the Site and Provides a name and R-##
hich have already been mapped in the RR Famous Wiki [search Civil Air Patrol] CAP only has two Primary Repeater frequencies and [Suprise] it's the same two Frequencies from years gone bye.

Both the OP and I probably have our names on a Head-Cap Dart-Board :D
