Its in maryland but its really close to WV so i posted it in WV forums and MD. This is located in Western maryland in Cumberland.

I am showing 161.55 and 160.695 for WM RR. For CSX there are a lot of freqs, but 160.23 is used for a road freq and 160.32 is usually a dispatcher. Both are used from D.C. to at least Cumberland. Amtrack also uses these freqs. on these lines. Free free to ask here if you need anything else.
