Wondering if this 3g 4g antenna would work?
Antenna set P-58 L700 UNI MIMO is used for the reception of mobile operators' signals in MIMO technology (two antennas mounted into X polarity). The antenna set covers ultra wide frequency range from LTE 700 to LTE 2,6 GHz frequency bands. Set is the most suitable for connecting it to Wi-Fi...

Not very well.
It's a log periodic design, which is nice, but it's designed around cellular frequencies. That might be good if what you want to hear is on 700 and 800MHz, but it's going to perform poorly on VHF and UHF.
The cross polarization thing won't work in your favor. That's designed for cell sites that often use -45º and +45º polarization on their panel antennas. Public safety stuff is going to be vertically polarized. Having the antennas at 45º like that is going to reduce the received signal by some amount.
You'd need to redesign the mounts to get them vertical, and then combining the two antennas would take some work (it's not as easy as "T-ing" them together.
And since I couldn't find a price for Canada or USA, I have no idea if it's a good value or not. Either way, it won't work well as is, and you can probably do better without having to redesign the mount.
