WRAH863 Cumberland County 460.3500 MHz

In the past I have received a clear id of WRAH863 at 0800 local but have some questions about this freq. I've copied Harrisburg City, various townships, Dauphin County to Cumberland County which I would expect for PA BUT I have also copied Baltimore City to Baltimore County, Carroll County to Howard County and Howard County to Frederick County which are MD locations. Does MD also use 460.3500 or does Friendship Hose Company also carry MD traffic?

Must be a patch, since all the Fire Mutual Aid radio traffic is on 154.280 Mhz (Vfire 21). Called FMARS in the Baltimore Metro Area.

Looking at the database on this site it show it's patched from a TRS. Please see below.

The 460.35 repeater repeats the intersystem or mutual aid frequency of 154.28. Whether it does this directly from 154.28, or from a talkgroup on the counties Open Sky system, that I do not know. When conditions are good, you can hear mutual aid traffic from Montgomery, Prince Georges, and other counties in the Washington DC metropolitan area. It also repeats the main Fire Dispatch and Response frequency for Cumberland County, which can simultaneously be heard on 46.06 and 460.575( in the Shippensburg area). Because of it's being located high on a mountain and having 200 watts of power, it can be heard across several counties in south central PA.
