WS-1065 will not receive

I have had the WS1065 for a couple of years and it now has the following 4 lines of information on the LCD Display:
uP Boot Ver:F1.5
uP App Ver: None
CPU SW Upgrade
Wait for PC/IF
The display will not refresh the display. It remains the same even with the PC/IF plugged in. I'm at a loss about what I can do. Until this happened the scanner was working great.

You have lost the CPU firmware. Download the CPUUpdater_1040_U2.9.exe: WS1040/WS1065 Scanner Firmware Updates and Downloads | Whistler Group The 1040 and 1065 use the same firmware. Connect your scanner to your computer and run the app.
