WS 1098 delay

Is it possible to adjust the resume time on the Whistler WS1098? The scanner operates normally , stopping when a signal is detected and then resuming the scanning when the transmission ends. However, many times it resumes much to quickly i.e. before the respondent in the conversation has time to answer. I know I can hit the pause button each time the signal is initially detected but that defeats the purpose of scanning.

That setting can be adjusted by frequency in the EZ Scan software, in both the conventional frequencies tab and the trunked system talk group tab under TIME. It can also be adjusted by system under DWELL.
