WV Interop bandplan for a 996??

Does anybody know the bandplan for the VW Interop system for a Uniden 996? I saw the RadioReference page which lists 2 Frequency Tables but NOTHING for a bandplan. Any help on what I need to entyer in teh bandplan area would be great! Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you don't need one for a 996 or a 396.
