WV PSC Freqs?

Does anyone know what frequencies the Public Service Commission operates on in the Charleston/Huntington area?

The only radios I know of in use by PSC are Motor Carrier Enforcement's simplex lowband radios (45.5200/71.9). I don't listen a lot, but I haven't heard them on those radios in a while. I'd say like most agencies, they use their cell phones a lot, too. I haven't heard them on the IRP yet.
