One of the Casper area sites, I believe the one located at the Port of Entry in Mills, is up this morning, broadcasting control channel data on 150.7812. No voice heard yet. It's showing an SID of 01A4h-0201. This follows about a week of non-control channel data on these frequencies:

150.7812
150.975
151.625
154.585
Only the 150.7812 control channel is on this morning.
A number of data channels have been up from the Rawlins area for the last few weeks, but no control channel, I wonder if that site is now operational as well. I'll be down that way next week and will check.
