XTL2500 Trunking Help

Just acquired an XTL2500 model is M21KTM9PW1AN and was looking to be able to use it with the MOSWIN network here in Missouri. When I received the radio, it was not flashed for anything other than conventional use, so I did some extensive research and was able to get into Depot (15) and change some things around. I flashed it to what I thought would be needed:

G51 - SMARTZONE Systems Operation
G806 - ASTRO Digital Operation
G173 - SMARTZONE OMNILINK Multizone Operation
G361 - ASTRO 25 9600 Baud Trunking Systems Operation
G114 - Enhanced Digital ID Display
W969 - Multikey
G507 - 12.5 kHz FCC Mandate
G996 - Over the air Provisioning
W947 - Packet Data Interface
G193 - ADP Encryption Software DSP Based Only

I am using a mix between the R20 Astro software and the R15 depot to program (I know, they don't match). I don't know that this is any of the issue, however. I have an ASK iButton dongle from the State of Missouri which works flawlessly with our APX fleet. The XTL2500 series is also an approved radio for use on the network as well. After spending HOURS on this, I cannot seem to get the Astro 25 CPS to do much with the data on the ASK. When I attempt to load the advanced systems key into the cps, it shows the message on the bottom left that it worked or whatever it says. Trunking options seem to be void.

This CPS is a bit different than the APX obviously so I've been trying to duplicate and transfer information as I can, but am I going to have to build this from the ground up or something in order to get all this trunking data into the CPS?
