Pmr446
Yes they can transmit to and receive from each other, because they are both PMR446 radios. Each PMR446 across the whole of Europe has 8 basic channels on different decimal places after 446MHz (446.abcMHz, 446.xyzMHz, 446.etc.MHz...). Many also have different encoding features which expand the number of channels effectively available to 38 or up to hundreds, but, nonetheless, the information which encodes the speech transmission is still transmitted on 1 of the 8 basic channels, so every PMR446 can communicate with every other, so long as they're within range!
