Yaesu: Yaesu VX-6R "Off" Question

I have a VX-6R that makes an unusual sound when turning off. Instead of just powering off quietly, it makes a slight "squeak" sound from the speaker. Is this normal? I've never had another radio make this sound.

I myself haven't had or used a VX-6R, but I have had other radios that did a similar type of noise during power off. I'm certainly not sure if I'm accurate, but it may be something like a capacitor discharge or similar. Normal action? I want to lean towards maybe not a normal or designed action, but I'd also say probably not a harmful issue.

My wife an I each have a VX-6R and neither one of them does that.

My VX-6R makes a soft "pop" when it switches off, but never a "squeak." Does it work OK otherwise?

Thanks for all the info. I'm assuming it works properly. I've barely used it, so far and haven't heard anything on it, yet. I'm guessing it's a capacitor discharging, but have not had this sound with any other radio I have.
