Default Old Program mdtmon

I'm looking for either winmdt or mdtmon (I prefer mdtmon) If anyone has it I would be very appreciative. Of course, I know these programs are very old and most systems will not work with these programs. Please let me know if anyone has them for DL.

I know this thread is old, but I'm looking for the same program, but the link above is now dead.
Anyone here know where I can find this one? Failing that, WINMDT would be a good second choice.

I believe what you are looking for is illegal and frowned upon in this forum..

Any US law enforcement agency using one of these outdated modes without strong encryption to access NCIC or state CIC information is not NCIC2000 compliant and should rightfully be disconnected from the national system until their equipment is compliant. The deadline for this migration was back in August of 2005.

You believe incorrectly, unless the user resides in Texas.
