I know this has been discussed before (http://www.radioreference.com/module...ic&t=16594) but I'm still unsure of some things.

R138 is just a little silver "hole" in to the left and down a tad bit from CN3...or is it one of those jumpers next to the screen plug in?

I had it working while I was holding it down on the scanner but when I go to solder it, it stops working.
