Default Trunk88 No Joy

I tried t88 versions 4.79 and 4.80 on my BC396xt-Uniden USB cord, switched USB ports&drivers around.
I can run Freescan with the same settings with no problem why not T88? I'm thinking about just giving up on this!

You have to configure the scanner to output the CC data on the serial port. Settings > Set C-Ch output.

Also make sure to do the following:
1) Go to wherever you have your Trunk88 folder.
2) Open up "TRUNK88.CTL" in notepad.
3) Make sure under settings that CC Data Serial Port = # matches up with whatever port you have your cable plugged into on your computer.
4) Save "TRUNK88.CTL" with needed changes.
This should get you started.
Happy Monitoring!
