Default (Unknown) Data Protocol - How to read messages?

Sorry for posting this here however I am not sure where it would be best suited, and it's not just an "Australian topic" as such as the system is used throughout various countries according the old manufacturers website.

In a nutshell...

One of the Melbourne taxi companies use the Raywood Dispatcher III for their bookings/job system, what I am trying to work out is what protocol this is and whether or not there is some form of decoder (like trunk view for MPT1327) for this specific data protocol.

A sample of the audio for the system is attached.

Thanks in advance!

For those wanting an image of the terminals then this is the best I could find-

It is Raywoods own proprietary format.
