(PRO96COM w/ PRO-106) Does not rx any data from PC/IF

I'm using a PRO-106 with all appropriate cables/drivers installed (works with WIN500 fine) but when I run PRO96COM and try to Read data from radio it doesn't do anything. I looked through the PDF manual and all looked good. I have what I believe are all the correct settings (set to GRE...PRO-106) and the correct COM Port, have the radio set to CCDUMP: ON hooked to the PC/IF. Have tried reading data from radio in scan mode, and having it parked on the control channel but shows no data.

I did see on occasion it said:

Decode Information
Receive Rate (%):
0% (0 out of 40)

The rest of the time it was just 0% (0 out of 0)

I can't seem to figure it out.

What system are you trying to monitor? Pro96Com will only decode 9600 bps P25 control channels. It will not decode Motorola or EDACS systems.
