Default Unitrunker requests and questions

Hi Rick:

1) How difficult would it be to remove the UT filtering that is used when multiple and similar affiliation/ registration requests are made on the control channel from a user? I'd like to be able to see a user radio's multiple retries in the live log. Rather than a special version could this be a software toggle?

2) Back in the 'retro' version there was [F]ind which was very useful when needing to jump to a specific user or talkgroup. In the latest version, is there similar functionality? The only way I get to specific user or talkgroup now is to scroll.

3) Question/ request re supergroup: When UT shows the subordinate talkgroup is that talkgroup the next one chosen in the patch or the last one in the case of three or more talkgroups being patched? Would it be possible to show all the TG in the patch? If three talkgroups (one supergroup and two subordinate) showed up at one site would UT display two lines at once with the supergroup represented both times? This may all ready exist in the new version, but I think it disappears rather than staying visible indefinitely, like in the 'retro'.

4) In the 'retro' version of UT there was a way, by inference, to determine if a talkgroup was disallowed at a site or if a radio was disallowed. The talkgroup restriction showed up as a two lines where the radio and user alias appeared followed by a "0" for the talkgroup on the second line. For a radio reject there was just a "0" (at least I think that's correct). Is there any chance you'd re include this functionality or might I humbly ask, create the logic to 'state' radio reject or talkgroup reject?

Thanks,

Mike B.

At this time, I suggest looking at the raw logs. I may be able to revisit this when I get more time.

I'd like to add a find feature - again - when I get time.

See the "Patches" tab on the system window.

You'll see (I think) three lines - one for each group. The data is lost when the program exits. For stale patches - there is a "last seen" timestamp" showing you when the patch was last in force.

The log should say something like "Reject". If not - it's a bug.
