Unitrunker 1.0.0.7
Just released - improvements over the 1.0.0.6 release just days ago.
FIXED: Omnilink systems lose their delegation links.
FIXED: selecting Oscilloscope tab on Receiver window locks program.
FIXED: Oscilloscope trace line not invisible.
FIXED: oscilloscope stops working if receiver window closed and re-opened.
FIXED: changing grid line color option - does not appear in grid panels right away (must close/reopen window).
FIXED: source ID labels were not displayed in call activity panel (but appear in call history panel).
FIXED: Omnilink systems - labels might not appear in both activity and history panel.
I need to add color options for the 'scope - let user choose the background and trace colors.
You can find the program at the usual location.
http://www.unitrunker.com/download
Enjoy.

Muxlow, if I understand what you're talking about, the "Online" column in the Users tab of a system indicates (I'm pretty sure) whether or not the program has "seen" a radio recently. Rick will have to define just what "recently" means.
Also, to Rick: I could have sworn an older version (and this could be going back as far as the T4Win days, I can't quite remember for sure) had a button to click or a command of some sort to bring up the current system's RRDB page in your default web browser. I can't seem to find that now; could it be on the to-do list too? I'm hoping I'm not the only one who would find that handy.

I am still unable to get this new version to work. I have the previous version up and running fine but for some reason, nothing will work on this new version.

RR Database Import and AlphaTags
Looking great Rick!
Question for you... I downloaded my local public safety system (Sys ID 9215) and things work perfectly so far. I was wondering if you could put an option in the program so that when a talkgroup is active, the RR Database alpha tag appears rather than the Description.
Great job and keep up the good work.

Just had a weird result when trying to download an OmniLink system.
RRDB SID 537 is: MTS Fleetnet Trunking System, Provincewide, Manitoba - Scanner Frequencies
Been having some trouble getting this one downloaded properly; I have had data in my UT DB for this one (in all three zones/Motorola sysids) for a while from when I was through this area. When I had my pre-existing data in the UT DB, and chose download, I would get a duplicate copy of sysid 4032, with ~480 TGs and ~45 sites, but no name. The other two sysids (6B24 and 6F25) would not get populated with data (my existing data remains unchanged). So, I deleted my existing data and tried to download the system anew, with a clean slate, by entering sysid 4032 and type Motorola and selecting download.
That's where things go sideways. Now I get three entries in the UT DB, one per Motorola sysid, but from RRDB SID 539 ( MTS Fleetnet - Zone-3 North Trunking System, Northern Manitoba, Manitoba - Scanner Frequencies). This OmniLink system was originally entered as three separate entities in the RRDB, prior to the development of the Zone functionality in the RRDB. When that functionality came about, I (as db admin) merged the three and depreciated the two obsolete RRDB entities. Evidently I didn't wipe out the Motorola sysids from SIDs 538 and 539. And the data in the UT DB for SID 539 all appeared in the 6B34 sysid, with the 4032 and 6F25 SIDs both showing zero groups, zero sites.
I've reverted to my pre-existing personal data, and submitted tickets to remove the sysids from the depreciated SIDs 538 and 539. When those tickets get worked, I'll try doing this download again and see if 6F25 and 6B34 get populated with data.
Rick - A very large OmniLink system in Ontario province exists as four separate RRDB enities. (SIDs 861, 2560, 3511, and 5490.) Is it going to have to be merged into one RRDB entity and have its sysids and sites assigned to zones in order to work properly?

It seems to decode fine (discriminator), but does a hard crash/unload whenever I try to import anything from disk.

Did you start with a plain, fresh install? Are you able to check out the contents of the file you're trying to import, via Notepad or a similar text editor? My experience with this sort of thing leads me to believe either your Unitrunker.xml or data to be imported is corrupt, or otherwise malformed.

I noticed this only seems to change to "Online" when a radio has affiliated with the site being monitored. Users that don't affiliate with the site being monitored, like wireline consoles and users on other sites of the SmartZone Omnilink network remain "Unknown". I would think it would switch to "Offline" when a radio deaffiliates (leaves) that site. Just a little while ago I saw a radio leave the site I was monitoring (was shut off by it's user), but the status stayed "Online".
I was looking at the individual user's radio at the time in it's own window.

Love the new version of the program...good job Rick! I have two questions, is there a way to reset hits for each TG and is there a tab labeled "groups" like in the previous version to see all the RID's and TG's?

Thanks Rick, this version seems to decoded better then any other version you had. Its great that it doesn't drop the call history log due from from poor signal. I haven't seen if that is for the same on the TG's and RIDS. Overall I might give up my dos version at this point. WhoHoo!
For the ones that says the Online column did not work it does on WVIRP apco-25 9600. It has to catch it on the system first before it can say something other then unknown.
Again THANK YOU RICK! for a great program.

By selecting something else. (I know in the past you could click on a dead area to de-select). Perhaps I should revert to the old behavior.

No - the hit counter field is read only - but you've got me thinking. Perhaps I should have a reset button. Combined with the multiselect, you could "zap" the hit counts for several groups at once while leaving the others alone. Right now - it's all or nothing.

There is a Groups tab and a Users tab. You'll find them on the system window. If, for example, you're looking at the call activity for a site, click on the Home button (top left corner). The system window for that site will appear. Likewise, if you are looking at the popup window for a takgroup or user, clicking the home window will bring the underlying system window into view.

I've been finding lots of Omnilink issues lately. More on this later.

Yes. It should be one system. As you know - there is a large system in the DB that is marked as Omnilink (Entergy) but actually isn't. It needs to be broken up into smaller, separate systems.

Good idea. I'll add this to the list.

Not at this time. If you can get T88 to export into a trunker compatible format - that might work.

A DB admin just fixed the issue with SIDs 538 and 539 still having the sysids belonging to 537. But now when I download, while all three sysids are brought into UT, the first one (sysid 4032) has 487 talkgroups and zero sites, while the other two sysids have zero TGs, zero sites.

The zone number needs to be the system ID.
The first site listed is site 3 in zone 1. There's no mechanism for relating zone 1 to any of the three system IDs. Without knowing this, I can't merge the information with your - logged from actual decoding - data.

Yeah, with the other UT's when i would click anyplace it would make the selected area go blank and not have the edit field up. But seems on my screen anyways. No matter how many clicks i make anyplace it stays

This is the same site in the same system.
Mississippi Wireless Integrated Network (MSWIN) Trunking System, Jackson, Mississippi - Scanner Frequencies

It would appear that the history pane under the Call History tab in the site window still isn't displaying unit paging.
