Default Data channels in UniTrunker

Does anyone know what's in these channels?
There always seems to be one popping up, with the RIDs switching around quickly.

That particular radio id is Cleveland fire station 13 base radio. I was seeing the same when looking at the system with unitrunker over Christmas visit. Mostly I had noted mobile radios (possibly gps) but also the fire stations base radios. See if the active radio IDs relate to upcoming and or recent fire dispatch or acknowledgement activity for the station you see active.

I know over the air reprogramming data shows up that way as well.
