Downloading Trunk Group names

I only have the standard account and cannot download trunk group names using the UniTrunker software. When I click the icon to download and enter my username/password, the dialog box never shows any progress. After 5 minutes, I'll cancel but never see the download to even start. Does anyone know if you need to upgrade your account to allow this?

The program uses the RR Web API to download the information. The RR website provides this as a convenience to premium subscribers.

Same issue. Downloading this system: Regional Wireless Cooperative (RWC) Trunking System, Phoenix, Arizona - Scanner Frequencies

Just a "download progress" dialog box, but no actual progress.

Sorry for the delay - I did end up figuring it out. I left the "RR DB Id" blank. Thanks for all your constant support.

You don't need to set the RR DB ID on Motorola or P25. It uses the system ID (and WACN).
