Default Can you ID this Trunking type?

Hi,

A number of us in the UK have noticed a new type of trunking that's appeared.

I wonder if anyone on here can identify it?

Hopefully there is two .mp3 files attached.

Sound like a motorola type I system...Ill see if I if you have a tap on your scanner try running it through some trunking decoders and seeing what you come up with... try it as a Motorola type I, and see what you get, I will try to record and import the sounds from this type of system as we have few in my area, and thats what it sounds like to me.

Yes quite a few of us thought it sounded like Type 1, but the tones before transmission sounded odd.

Old systems like this use low-speed handshaking which results in those tone bursts at the start of transmissions.
