Default Rebanding delays in/near Allentown, PA and Atlanta, GA

Don't know if this is known or not, but while perusing the Federal Register tonight I came across this: http://fdsys.gpo.gov/fdsys/delivery/...2FE7-19641.pdf which essentially states that due to TV transmitters located on Channel 69 in these areas, certain radio systems have been granted a delay in rebanding until those stations relocate after the DTV switchover. Those systems are listed as the Cities of Bethlehem and Reading, Pennsylvania, and Covington, Georgia, and the Counties of Rockdale, Newton, Walton, and Spalding, Georgia.
